What Belko Dev does

Belko Dev exists to solve a specific problem: companies that need serious software and end up choosing between an agency that ships a template and a dev shop that disappears halfway through.

We build web systems and SaaS platforms, mobile apps, online stores, websites and landing pages, plus integrations and cloud architecture for teams that already have a system and need it to handle growth. We work from São Paulo, on-site in the region and remotely across Brazil.

The operation is lean on purpose. You talk directly to the person writing the code, and that changes the speed of everything: technical decisions do not go through three meetings, and a change that would take a week to explain ships the same day.

How a project works

  1. Conversation

    I understand the problem before talking about solutions. If what you need is not software, I will tell you — sometimes the best advice has been "do not build this yet".

  2. Scope and proposal

    A document with what will be built, what is left out, timeline and cost. In writing, no fine print and no "to be agreed".

  3. Built in stages

    Partial deliveries you can already use and give feedback on. No disappearing for three months and coming back with something you did not expect.

  4. Handover

    Code, documentation and access are yours. If you want to take it to another team later, you can — no lock-in.

  5. Support, if you want it

    Ongoing maintenance or a final handover. Both models exist and neither is mandatory.
