Development Outsourcing

A senior engineer joining your team, without a three-month hiring process and without hiring costs.

Hiring seniors takes time and the project will not wait

Finding a good senior engineer takes months, and when one shows up they usually already have three offers. Meanwhile the roadmap stalls, the current team piles up technical debt and the product misses its market window. Staff augmentation bridges the gap — no employment liabilities and no hiring process.

What is included

  1. A truly senior full stack engineer

Node.js, NestJS, React and React Native. Frontend and backend, with no hand-offs.

  2. Fast ramp-up

I am used to joining existing codebases and delivering without stopping the team to explain everything.

  3. Architecture consulting included

Not just closing tickets. If a technical decision is wrong, I say so before building on top of it.

  4. I work within your process

Sprints, kanban, code review — whatever you already run. I do not show up trying to change how the team works.

  5. Invoice and contract

A B2B relationship with a registered company and a contract. No employment risk.

Why work with me

I work as a senior full stack engineer embedded in product teams, including large-scale operations in the financial sector. I am used to joining ongoing projects, learning the domain quickly and delivering without breaking what already exists.
